Returns Policy

Free 30-day returns, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

• Any item, any reason. Opened, used, and sale items are all eligible. You don't need to give a reason.

• Free return shipping. Start your return in our returns portal at https://woodystoychest.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?referralId=69651f9f6ff71fc9ad492b57 and send it back in any plain box or mailer.

• Clean before returning. Please clean intimate products before you send them back. For hygiene reasons, returned products are never resold.

• Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

• Exchanges. Return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Contact us right away and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

• Gift returns. Received a gift? You can return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Gift returns are refunded as a Woody's Toy Chest gift card sent to the gift recipient, and the person who bought the gift isn't notified.

• Gift cards. Gift cards can't be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards don't expire.

• EU customers. Orders shipped to the European Union also have a 14-day right to cancel without giving a reason.
