At Woody’s Toy Chest, we understand that receiving your items quickly and privately is your top priority. We are committed to providing a seamless, secure, and professional shopping experience.

1. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our utmost concern. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers.

  • There are no logos, brand names, or descriptions of the contents on the outside of the package.

  • The return address on the label will appear as "WTC Logistics" (or your preferred business name) to ensure total anonymity.

2. Processing Time

We strive to get your order to you as fast as possible.

  • Fast Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for those who need their order sooner.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

5. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to all addresses within the [Insert Country, e.g., United States], including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately at sales@woodystoychest.com or call us at (877) WOODYS-1. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Woody’s Toy Chest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
